How fast you will lose weight is determined by your food intake.
Let me explain how this is possible. Assume your body requires 2000 calories per day to function properly, and your diet contains 2500 calories per day.
Now, where will these extra 500 calories go? Simple, they will be deposited as FAT in your stomach. And can be seen on the side of your stomach.
But the first and most important thing is to keep your food consumption under control and sustain it until you meet your target.
