The importance of detox diet for weight lose
In addition to a detox diet, some people follow a raw foods diet, because it is considered a way to cleanse the body, shed unwanted weight, and reverse diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc.
The downside to both is that they may cause severe side effects, which can be very frustrating. Some people even experience what is called the “flu”, which is the symptoms of detoxification.
This is caused by intestinal issues due to consuming a diet that lacks certain nutrients. The symptoms can be much like food poisoning, but milder and more easily tolerated.
What’s important is to listen to your body. When you start experiencing serious symptoms, then it is time to do some research and figure out the cause. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms and you don’t feel any better after taking some time off of your diet, you should seek medical attention.
Solutions
Here are some detox diets that should be avoided, and what they are:
1. “Cheetos and Kool-Aid” Diet This diet originated in an episode of South Park, in which character Sharon thanked someone for making “Cheetos and Kool-Aid” for breakfast. This diet consists of eating nothing but sugar and salt with limited amounts of fat. Some people also eat fast food for the first several days, which could cause a lot of digestive problems, but it’s a temporary solution. Unfortunately, many people who eat this diet experience severe gastrointestinal problems and have a difficult time regaining their normal weight. In addition to that, it is usually very difficult to recover if you stop the diet abruptly. Some people who follow this diet say they lose 10 pounds in two days, but then go right back to their normal weight after being released from their diet. Some people also have the condition known as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, which can cause serious complications from following such a diet.
2. Raw Vegan Diet The reason why a raw vegan diet is particularly dangerous is because of the limited nutrients it requires from your diet. Your body needs the appropriate amount of essential nutrients in order to function properly. The result is that you may not be able to absorb certain nutrients that your body would normally absorb.
3. “Baron” Diet This diet, also called the “Baron Diet”, consists of consuming a ton of fruits and vegetables, as well as raw nuts and seeds. It may be too many healthy foods for your body to process at once. The downside to this diet is that you might not be able to get adequate amounts of protein, fats, and other essential nutrients that your body needs.
